Job summary

Build-It Construction in Plaistow, NH is hiring a full-time Assistant Construction Project Manager to support design-build projects in Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and parts of Massachusetts. The role blends office duties with site visits, coordinating materials, and maintaining project documentation.

The candidate will assist the Project Manager, manage logistics, and help ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience.
Strong English grammar and written communication.
Ability to respond to requests within 24 hours.
Willingness to work closely with others in a small team environment.
Ability to transport materials and miscellaneous items to job sites using a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager with coordinating projects and keeping them organized.
Transport materials to job sites and manage site logistics.
Support project documentation through submittals, logs, permits, and drawing files.
Review and format change requests, maintain accurate records, and respond promptly to requests.
Help ensure projects are completed on time while meeting quality standards and client expectations.
