Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per year

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Proven experience managing projects from pre‑construction through closeout
  • Commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems
  • Project scheduling (CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
  • Budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
  • Contract administration and change order management
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams
  • Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
