Our primary focus is providing each customer with a positive experience throughout the life cycle of their project. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Managers with new/ongoing projects and managing small scale projects on their own.

Compensation

Competitive salary and bonus opportunities based on performance

Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $45k to $65K

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Meeting customers and subcontractors on job sites

Ensuring quality control standards are met

Ordering and picking up materials for various jobs

Following project schedules developed by Project Managers

Coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and vendors to schedule certain aspects of ongoing projects

Working in conjunction with Project Managers and Job Coordinator to assist with collections of deposits, progress payments or final payments

Meeting service standards established by the MRI and insurance carriers

Ability to manage small projects

Managing timely communication with the customer

Proactively work to avoid issues on the job and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner

Properly documenting company CRM with detailed notes and photos

Ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting the final walk through

Closing the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hours

Responsible for ensuring cleanliness of jobsite

Returning materials to vendors

Candidate Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience using CRM software

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Outgoing and strong communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to take direction

Ability to climb roofs

Knowledge of roofing and siding best practices

Preferred Education and Experience

1-3 years of construction industry experience

Insurance Restoration Industry knowledge

Exterior construction industry experience
