Coli Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join our team at our Mahwah, NJ office. This role involves leading Commercial Tenant Fitouts under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Commercial Tenant Fitout projects as an experienced Construction Project Manager
  • Work well in a team environment and be self-motivated
  • Utilize computer and communication skills effectively
  • Procore proficiency is a plus
  • Daily tasks include Contract Negotiation, Scope Sheet Leveling, Takeoffs, RFI & Submittal Coordination, Scheduling, Blueprint Reading & Interpretation, Safety, Weekly Look-Aheads, and Correspondence with Engineers and Architects
  • Maintain communication via cell phone
