Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager in Pensacola, FL to support planning, coordination, and execution of general construction projects. Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination, preparing and tracking RFIs, submittals, change requests, and schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify safety or cost issues.
• Support preconstruction activities, including bid solicitation and subcontractor alignment.
• Facilitate clear communication across field teams, clients, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Assist with closeout activities, including punch lists and warranties.
