Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years residential construction or customer service experience preferred.
• Understanding of home construction processes, work sequence, scheduling, and building codes.
• Ability to read and understand various plans and scopes.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and inspect all trades of residential construction.
• Communicate safety and quality standards to subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress and verify material deliveries.
• Conduct pre and post closing orientations with buyers.
• Prepare punch lists and manage subcontractors' work.
