Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations, and building codes preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete orientation, onboarding, and training programs (Pulte Construction Standards, scheduling, safety).
• Develop literacy in building codes, plan reading, schedules, materials, and standards.
• Assist other managers by monitoring job sites and validating schedule progression.
• Coordinate on-site inspections and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Learn Pulte systems such as Schedule, Dynamics 365, and Field POs.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising daily trade partner activities per the schedule.
