Trumark Homes in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to help build high-quality homes on schedule from foundation to close. You’ll work with Construction Managers in the field to keep trades moving, resolve issues early, and ensure each home meets quality, safety, and code standards.

We develop strong teams and provide opportunities to grow toward a Construction Manager role. This is a true development position with on-site learning and progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction or related fields.
• Ability to read construction plans or willingness to learn.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to work with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset; drive issues to resolution.
• Comfort with computers, mobile devices, and documenting jobsite conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites.

Responsabilités

• Keep homes on schedule by monitoring daily activity, confirming trades are onsite, and flagging delays early.
• Manage trade partners by building relationships, setting clear expectations, verifying scopes, and following up on corrections.
• Inspect homes at key stages, build punch lists, and verify repairs before move-forward.
• Promote and enforce safety standards daily, address unsafe conditions immediately, and keep jobsites clean and organized.
• Interpret plans, elevations, scopes, and buyer selections, and catch conflicts before work moves ahead.
• Get homes ready for municipal inspections, attend when needed, document results, and coordinate corrections so homes pass the first time.
• Support QA inspections, homeowner orientations, final walks, and closings, ensuring repairs are verified.
• Keep accurate status on homes, document field conditions, and share updates with leadership, sales, purchasing, and warranty teams.
• Take ownership, prioritize by schedule, safety, and quality, seek feedback, and build toward managing multiple homes.
