Trumark Homes is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to help build quality homes on schedule from foundation to occupancy. You will work beside our Construction Managers on active sites, keeping trades moving, resolving issues early, and ensuring each home meets our standards for quality, safety, and code.

Starting by learning schedules and processes, you’ll gradually assume more responsibility until you’re managing homes independently, with the goal of progressing to a Construction

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years in residential or commercial construction or related area; ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to read construction plans or willingness to learn.
• Strong organization and time management with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites.
• Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Keep homes on schedule by monitoring daily activity and trades on site.
• Manage trade partners, set clear expectations, verify scopes, and follow up until corrections are done.
• Inspect homes at key stages and build punch lists; verify repairs before moving forward.
• Promote safety standards daily and keep jobsites clean and accessible.
• Interpret plans, elevations, scopes, and buyer selections to catch conflicts early.
• Get homes ready for municipal inspections and coordinate corrections so they pass the first time.
• Support QA inspections, homeowner orientations, final walks, and closings.
• Keep accurate status updates with construction leadership, sales, purchasing, and warranty teams.
• Take ownership and build toward managing multiple homes on your own.
