Circle K in Tampa invites an Assistant Construction Manager to join our Global Real Estate team and accelerate your career in commercial construction. You’ll support projects from planning through post-opening, gaining hands-on experience on high‑impact sites and learning our processes.

This growth‑minded role offers structured training, hands-on mentorship from industry veterans, and a clear path to a Construction Manager role, with travel up to 75% as needed to support projects nationwide.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, in an administrative, coordinator, or project management capacity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
Willingness to travel across the US (up to 75%) to support projects.

Responsabilités

Support construction projects from initial planning through post-opening; responsibilities may evolve.
Review budgets and construction drawings for accuracy and perform material takeoffs.
Assist with equipment ordering and procurement, and attend project status meetings.
Attend punch walks and conduct post-construction site visits to ensure quality.
Manage post-opening warranty plans to ensure sites are operational.
