CBH Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Manager to join Idaho’s leading homebuilder. The role requires overseeing construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in a supervisory role on new home construction, deep knowledge of trades, and a professional, courteous demeanor when representing CBH Homes with teammates and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year+ experience as an Assistant Construction Manager or similar supervisory role in New Home Construction.
• Thorough knowledge of all trades.
• Highly motivated with initiative.
• Team player who can work independently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Trade Partners.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Represent CBH Homes professionally and courteously.
