Related Group in Miami seeks an Assistant Construction Manager for the Icon Hollywood project. You will assist the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and on-site coordination, ensuring subcontractors align with contract documents and timely submittals.

The role requires about 5+ years in construction, GC experience preferred, proficiency in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and plans reading; experience with Procore, MS Projects, and CAD is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Assistant PM level - around 5+ years experience in construction.
• Experience on the General Contractor side is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and reading/understanding plans.
• Experience in Procore, Microsoft Projects, and CAD is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules as directed by the PM.
• Coordinate subcontractors' work schedules and field progress.
• Schedule equipment and material deliveries with site teams.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Prepare and submit timely project reports and RFIs.
• Participate in on-site meetings and coordinate communications.
