Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Georgia. Under the Community Manager, you will support and assist in all aspects of community operations, including leasing, marketing, and customer service.

The role requires at least three years of on-site experience in multi-family housing or related fields, with CAM or ARM certification. You will work closely with residents to ensure satisfaction and retention, and help manage daily operations and rent collection.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification is required.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Supports customer service and leasing efforts.
• Assists in leasing and marketing activities.
• Prepares paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommends rental rate adjustments or concessions.
• Reviews resident files and accounting records for unpaid fees and communicates with residents about balances.
• Implements delinquencies collection procedures and enforces the lease.
• Assists in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organizes daily work and community operations.
• Collects, posts, and deposits rents, security deposits, and other income.
• Supports budgeted occupancy and collections management.

Overview

Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager supports and assists in all aspects of community operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in the supervision of all community associates.
• Supports and participates in fulfilling the customer service and leasing.
• Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing all paperwork specific to new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies, and enforce the lease agreement.
• Assist the Community Manager in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Assist the Community Manager in organizing daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents/security deposits and other community income.
• Support the Community Manager in maintaining and managing budgeted occupancy, collections, etc.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.

• Must posses the ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
