RedPeak is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Arvada multi-site to support the Community Manager in operations, leasing, and financials. The role emphasizes excellent resident service and team leadership across a multi-building portfolio.
You will manage day-to-day property finances, vendor relations, and budget adherence, while ensuring superb curb appeal and resident satisfaction across 258 units and 4 buildings. The office is located in Arvada, CO.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a n Assistant Manager , you’ll put your customer service and property management experience to work in assisting your Community Manager in all community operations with an emphasis on accounts payable . You’ll have direct contact with our customers and will serve a key role in leasing apartments and maintain ing and enhancing our customer service platform .
Our Assistant Managers are critical members of our team . They’re responsible for providing great cu stomer service - the cornerstone of the RedPeak experience – and keeping the community running smoothly .
WHAT YOU’ll DO
Actively support fellow team members and CM through ongoing mentoring, learning opportunities, and effective communication . As second in command, take a leadership role with resident relations and fellow team members through knowledgeable, confident support.

Pay Range:
