Job summary

RedPeak is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Arvada multi-site to support the Community Manager in operations, leasing, and financials. The role emphasizes excellent resident service and team leadership across a multi-building portfolio.

You will manage day-to-day property finances, vendor relations, and budget adherence, while ensuring superb curb appeal and resident satisfaction across 258 units and 4 buildings. The office is located in Arvada, CO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, including on-site.
• Experience in supervisory roles with 200+ unit communities.
• Experience in writing and maintaining budgets.
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team; supervise vendors; maintain resident services.
• Assist Community Manager in day-to-day operations and accounting tasks.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to increase occupancy.
• Ensure curb appeal and adherence to RedPeak standards.
• Walk properties, prepare move-in gifts, and manage keys and locks for new residents.
• Maintain positive resident relations and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Oversee budgeting, accounts payable, and monthly reporting.
