Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. in Tacoma, WA, is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations under the Community Manager. You will help manage rent collection, tenant files, and reporting, while ensuring professional communication and timely service to residents.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or CPM is highly preferred. Knowledge of LIHTC/HUD rules, RealPage OneSite, and Office 365 is desirable.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree or CPM is highly preferred.
  • Experience in affordable housing leasing and property management is beneficial.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community.
  • Maintain rental applications, tenant files, and weekly activity reports.
  • Support Community Manager with reporting, renewals, and resident requests.
  • Process rents and delinquent accounts; ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC rules.
