Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Georgia. Under the Community Manager, you will support and assist in all aspects of community operations, including leasing, marketing, and customer service.

The role requires at least 3 years of onsite experience in multi-family housing or similar, CAM/ARM certification, and strong English communication. You will help manage daily tasks, rents and deposits, and contribute to retention initiatives in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers and residents.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Assist in fulfilling customer service and leasing activities.
• Assist and support leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions.
• Review resident files and enforce the lease; communicate late balances and delinencies.
• Assist in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
• Support budgeted occupancy and collections.
