This role supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities include completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly financial reports, processing invoices, collecting rent and other payments, bank deposits, account reconciliations, and using property management software to record, track, and report financial activities.
Factors influencing pay include experience, skills, location, and business needs. Compensation may include bonuses based on individual and company performance, with variations for corporate and onsite roles.
