Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in leading daily operations and team management
  • Maintain an engaging community environment
  • Manage accounts, rent collections, tenant notices, utilizing software for accuracy
  • Analyze leasing reports, forecast occupancy, and recommend strategies
  • Handle rent collection, late notices, and reporting
  • Inspect vacancies, prepare apartments, coordinate with maintenance
  • Process applications, background, and credit checks to support occupancy goals
  • Ensure property safety, respond to emergencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Qualifications
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Financial skills for rent management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • 2+ years residential leasing/property management experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to coordinate vendors and contractors
  • Proficient in MS Office; property management software experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation
