Qualifications

• Experience in property management (LIHTC, HUD).
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Marketing and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid by the company).
