Qualifications
6 months experience in the property management industry.

Responsibilities
Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
Utilize proper customer service techniques for resident requests.
Collect dues and oversee the eviction process.
Finalize move in/out files and data entry in software.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease terms and community policies.
