Responsibilities include overseeing file management, resident interaction, and ensuring apartment readiness. Candidates must have 6 months of property management experience and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive hourly pay of $24.00 to $25.00 with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401K is offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize proper customer service techniques for resident requests.
• Collect dues and oversee the eviction process.
• Finalize move in/out files and data entry in software.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease terms and community policies.
