Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for The Woodlands Apartment Community in Leavenworth, KS. You will support daily on-site management, supervise staff, and assist with special projects and administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, move-out inspections, and responsive tenant services in a tax-credit focused property environment.

Qualifications

• MS Word and Excel proficiency required.
• 1–2 years of Tax Credit experience required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• HUD experience is a plus.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
• Process invoices.
• Complete move-out inspections.
• Answer phones and handle vendor and resident requests.
• Update Make Readies in Yardi.
