Qualifications

• Experience in property management (HUD, Section 8, LIHTC) is required.
• Strong leadership, marketing, and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid by the company).
