Supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities include completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly financial reports, processing invoices, collecting rent and fees, completing bank deposits, conducting dispositions and account reconciliations, and utilizing property management software to record, track, and report financial activities.
Hourly range: $20.00 - $23.00, with additional factors influencing final pay. Eligible for bonuses based on performance and position type.
