Assistant Community Manager - Argenta Apartments

Position Summary

The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager and engage closely with residents to ensure smooth property operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing occupancy, delinquency, and maintenance issues.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding property concerns.
  • Coordinate maintenance and facility needs with tenants and third parties.
  • Help produce advertising materials with the management team.
  • Show properties, conduct interviews, process applications, and explain lease terms to prospective tenants.
  • Perform credit checks and process rental payments, maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services like trash removal, landscaping, and security.
  • Address and resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-discrimination housing laws.
  • Assist in team efforts and perform related tasks as needed.
