Qualifications

  • Must be able to work every Saturday.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

Job description

Rate: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our168-unit apartment community inShreveport!Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work every Saturdaywith an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.

Rate: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
