Description

Primarily responsible for assisting Community Manager(s) by providing effective customer service to onsite homeowners through in-depth knowledge of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R’s) and management contracts.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support and other tasks as directed to Community Manager.
  • Partners with AAM's Management Team to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws.
  • Develops relationships with community board members and committees.
  • Assists with community inspections of common areas.
  • Communicates with homeowners regarding CC&R compliance.
  • Reviews monthly financials and manages accounts payable.
  • Oversees design review guidelines process.
  • Reviews bid proposals and summarizes in Excel.
  • Maintains accurate association records, calendars, and website.
  • Acts as Meeting Minute Taker for Board meetings.
  • Maintains meeting schedules and vendor communication.
  • Adheres to community and company deadlines.
  • Works with Administrative Assistant on disclosure packages, orientation binders, and new homeowner orientations.
  • Coordinates with Administrative Assistant on work hours and resident concern processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in computer software and internet use.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills.
  • Customer service experience with problem resolution.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle large administrative volumes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective interaction with staff at all levels.
  • Advanced communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Office setting with computer and equipment use.
  • May involve lifting, setting up chairs/tables, and community inspections.
  • Sitting and standing for periods as needed.
