Description
Primarily responsible for assisting Community Manager(s) by providing effective customer service to onsite homeowners through in-depth knowledge of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R’s) and management contracts.
Position Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support and other tasks as directed to Community Manager.
- Partners with AAM's Management Team to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws.
- Develops relationships with community board members and committees.
- Assists with community inspections of common areas.
- Communicates with homeowners regarding CC&R compliance.
- Reviews monthly financials and manages accounts payable.
- Oversees design review guidelines process.
- Reviews bid proposals and summarizes in Excel.
- Maintains accurate association records, calendars, and website.
- Acts as Meeting Minute Taker for Board meetings.
- Maintains meeting schedules and vendor communication.
- Adheres to community and company deadlines.
- Works with Administrative Assistant on disclosure packages, orientation binders, and new homeowner orientations.
- Coordinates with Administrative Assistant on work hours and resident concern processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and tracking skills.
- Customer service experience with problem resolution.
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle large administrative volumes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Office setting with computer and equipment use.
- May involve lifting, setting up chairs/tables, and community inspections.
