The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include managing rent collection, personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration, and ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
At Asset Living, compensation considers skills, experience, and certifications. Our total rewards include benefits, 401K matching, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.
$15 - $17 per hour.
