S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Midlothian, Virginia, seeks an Assistant Community Manager for the 288 Lofts.

You will perform a variety of property management tasks and supervise on-site staff in the Community Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and delivering a high-quality resident experience. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and may include supervisory experience in a customer service setting.

Qualifications

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Leasing tasks to property prospects, including showing units and preparing lease packets.
• Responds to telephone requests from residents and the public.
• Track traffic through the property.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Aggressively work on resident retention through positive relationships.

SUMMARYOFPOSITION:

Performs a variety of administrative duties related to the overall management of the property and assumes supervisory authority when the Community Manager is away from the property. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
