Supervision and Direction

The Assistant Community Manager reports to the Site Manager and coordinates daily activities accordingly.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure tenants receive prompt, courteous, and quality service, including addressing complaints swiftly and reporting them to the Community Manager.
  • Assist the Community Manager with recertifications, inspections, and maintenance oversight.
  • Greet visitors and residents.
  • Support rent collection and record-keeping, including bank trips.
  • Maintain files on maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
  • Assist with purchasing supplies and managing budgets.
  • Coordinate resident activities and events.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and seminars.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with basic arithmetic skills.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record for site errands.
  • Ensure access to reliable transportation for property errands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager or TMAM Management.
