Assistant Property Manager – Chapel Ridge of Jackson

Chapel Ridge of Jackson, a pet-friendly apartment community offering stylish and spacious one, two, and three-bedroom homes, is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join Brookside Properties, where your growth and development are a top priority.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of multi-family property leasing experience. 2yrs plus property management experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • High-energy and resident-focused mindset
  • Strong motivational and team training skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Clear and professional written communication skills
  • Experience with Entrata is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members
  • Support training and scheduling of office personnel
  • Help maintain delinquency standards and occupancy goals
  • Contribute to effective leasing strategies and marketing efforts
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices accurately
  • Perform leasing duties using approved sales techniques
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Handle resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Ensure accurate rent posting and tracking
