The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Responsibilities include rent collection, financial management, personnel supervision, leasing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Compensation is based on skills, experience, and certifications, with a total rewards package including benefits, 401K, bonuses, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $17 - $22 per hour.
