Franklin Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and resident services at our Columbia, SC community. Under the Community Manager, you will handle administrative tasks, post rents, and assist with onboarding leasing staff while maintaining a professional on-site presence.
You should have high school diploma or GED, and LIHTC experience is required. Completion of Fair Housing within 1 day is required, with harassment and drug-free workplace training

Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the community under the direction of the Community Manager. Able to assume responsibility for the community in the Community Manager’s absence.
Only in place of the Community Manager’s absence.

High school diploma or GED; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LIHTC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, residents/clients and other team members of Franklin Group/FJ Community Payroll.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Fair Housing must be completed within 1 day of hire. Preventing Sexual Harassment, Workplace Harassment and Drug Free Workplace courses must be completed within 7 days of hire.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
