Essential Functions
- Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
- Communicate effectively in person or via telecommunications with clients and co-workers, enjoying working with a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adapt to change.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Support community managers in daily HOA needs.
- Monitor inbox and incoming calls with a 48-hour response time.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Attend HOA annual and contracted meetings.
- Complete property inspections as contracted.
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
- Understand association and financial documents.

Requirements
- Location: Must be in or near the Cleveland Metro Area.
- Education and Training: High School Diploma; 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience; prior community/property management experience preferred.
