Overview

Assistant Community Managers at Sequoia are customer service aficionados. You’re an analytical problem-solver, ready to support the team, but confident enough to step in and take charge when needed. Your dedication to excellence keeps everything running smoothly. Qualifications

Must-haves:

  7. Bookkeeping or administrative experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field
  8. Preferred schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Great-to-haves:

  1. Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
  2. Management experience
  3. High School Diploma or equivalent or post-secondary education a plus

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $22 - $27 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
