The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include managing rent collections, financial reporting, personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
