Assistant Community Manager - Towne Square

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour, plus bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Roundhouse, a rapidly growing developer and manager of diverse real estate projects, is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Community Manager. Founded in 2008, with operations in four states, over 8,500 multi-family units, and assets exceeding $1.5 billion, we pride ourselves on challenging the status quo to identify emerging trends that improve residents' lives and deliver superior returns to our partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in leasing apartments, processing applications, conducting tours, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Responding to resident inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Managing move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation.
  • Handling rent payments, deposits, and maintaining accurate resident accounts.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports such as occupancy and delinquency reports.
  • Planning and executing resident events and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate resident and vendor files.
  • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and other relevant regulations.
  • Adhering to property management policies and safety procedures.
  • Representing the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • At least one year of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial experience preferred.
  • At least two years of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in onsite multi-family housing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
