Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Director for Eads Square in St. Louis, MO.

The role supports the Community Director in all facets of property operations, tenant relations, and administrative tasks, ensuring a safe, quiet, and amenity-filled community. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of HUD guidelines a plus, and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant property management experience.
• Experience in an affordable community; knowledge of HUD guidelines is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with staff, residents, vendors and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Community Director, assume responsibility for all phases of operation of the property, including general administration and maintenance.
• Assist in preparation of leases and other management forms; review and process applications for residency, verification, move-in, and recertification.
• Post collections to the computerized property management system and monitor it with up-to-date data entry.
• Assist in hiring, managing and training the best quality staff.
• Effectively negotiate contracts with outside vendors to the property’s best interest.
• Manage HUD compliance at all levels of the property’s operation.
