We are seeking an attorney that will be responsible for prosecuting criminal and traffic-related cases in Circuit Court, General District Court, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. Successful candidate will possess the following:
- License to practice law in Virginia and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar (July 2025 bar exam participants will be considered as well)
- Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to represent the Commonwealth during court proceedings
- Robust legal research and writing skills
- Availability and capability to advise law enforcement during and outside of office hours
- Steadfast commitment to fairness and public service
Prior experience is preferred, but not required.

Pre-employment drug testing and criminal background check, to include fingerprinting, required.
