The County of Henry is seeking to fill an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney position. Applicant must be a member of the Virginia State Bar and in good standing. A minimum of five (5) years of criminal prosecution/defense, or equivalent trial experience is required. Responsibilities involve extensive trial work in all courts in the prosecution of felony, misdemeanor, and traffic cases. Minimum starting salary of $81,800 but may be increased depending upon level of previous experience and qualifications, plus a robust benefits package outlined below.
