Job Purpose

RIPCO Management (our property management division) is looking to hire an Assistant Commercial Property Manager servicing our Central and North New Jersey market. Prior property management experience is required and construction experience is preferred.This role will oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties.

• Serves as primary point of contact for tenants, handling requests, issues, and lease compliance.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage service agreements.
