Job Description: Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Who you are:

You are a professional with 2+ years of experience in managing suburban office, retail, or industrial/flex properties. Your excellent customer service skills make clients confident and comfortable. You are proactive, capable of working independently, and ideally working towards a Texas Real Estate License.

You are proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe; knowledge of Yardi and bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.

What you bring:

• Assist with answering phones, managing tenant communications, and day-to-day operations.
• Support rent collection, prepare reports, and handle vendor and contract management.
• Coordinate property maintenance, renovations, and inspections.
• Assist with lease documentation, marketing, and tenant events.
• Support budgeting and financial tasks.
