Madison Reed Hair Color Bar in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Colorist who will support licensed colorists and the shift lead while learning a clear path to becoming a Licensed Colorist within 3-9 months.

You will perform consultations, shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and assist in services, while helping guests enjoy a positive experience and contributing to store sales and guest loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience.
• Ability to operate POS systems and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist behind-the-chair services and shampooing, conditioning, styling, and blowouts.
• Support in achieving monthly sales goals and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and guest-focused service.
