Job summary

Chico's Corporate FAS Retail Services - Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Color Team Assistant to support color standards, analysis, and collaboration with suppliers. You will help maintain color integrity across fabrics and garments and assist with color submissions using Envision software.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year in retail with color analysis experience, strong communication, and a proactive team mindset.

Qualifications

• 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ year in retail industry with solid experience in color analysis development with a good eye for color preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the business and ability to work effectively as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting color standards of execution with Suppliers.
• Assist in color analysis, providing comments and communication with Suppliers on solid and print/pattern color submissions.
• Use Envision software Color analysis, to create fabric and garment images.
• Enter color comments daily in Excel, Flex PLM and WebPDM.
• Assist with spectrophotometer readings on physical submissions as needed.
• Assist with special projects for the Color Team.
• Communicate daily with internal and external partners to promote cross-functional partnerships.
• Assist with the palette and color standard development process.
• Back-up Color Team Members during PTO or business travel.
• Stay abreast of new color technology for application.
