Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Design-related higher education or 1–2 years equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; Bridge and Acrobat a plus
• Mac and Microsoft Office fluency; ability to format data in Excel and present in PowerPoint
• Image processing knowledge; familiar with CaptureOne; metadata and file formats
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and typography
• Excellent communication and independent or team-based work ability
• Knowledge of responsive web design practices including HTML/CSS in fashion/ecommerce
• Familiarity with CMS design in Figma/Sketch; DAM or project management tools beneficial
• Video editing skills a plus (After Effects, Premiere)

Responsibilities

• Facilitates image processing workflow, including minor photography retouching and coordinating with retouching partners
• Supports marketing content for site, email, and social; backup for print media as needed
• Reviews marketing assets with cross-functional partners
• Manages file preparation and release for digital marketing channels
• Ensures assets meet brand guidelines, technical requirements, and are optimized for digital platforms
• Adheres to production schedules, collaborating with design and copy to meet deadlines
