Bridgewater Bagel & Coffee is looking for an Assistant Coach to help lead the men’s wrestling program. The role includes planning practices, coaching athletes, and ensuring their academic progress to graduation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or related experience and be prepared to work evenings and weekends.
Applicants must possess strong communication skills and current certification in First Aid/CPR.

In collaboration with the head coach and athletic administrative staff, the Assistant Coach plans practices to teach, encourage and develop student‑athlete skills and techniques. Assists the head coach in the organization and administration of all aspects of the intercollegiate men’s wrestling program.
Supplies supervision: reports to the Head Coach – Men’s Wrestling; exercises supervision of student personnel.
