Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks an Assistant Coach, Wrestling to teach fundamentals, develop technique, and coach matches for the wrestling program. You will assist in selecting team members, support recruiting activities, and coordinate daily program operations including practice and competition scheduling at Covelli Center.

You will monitor student-athlete academic progress, ensure compliance with conference, NCAA, and university rules, and contribute to a collaborative, innovative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Coaching experience and extensive knowledge of the sport of wrestling at the intercollegiate level.
• Position requires extensive travel during recruiting process.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Additional Education Desired

Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience working with NCAA rules and regulations; experience working with a diverse population desired.
