Middlebury College in Vermont is seeking an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach to support the head coach in all aspects of the program and mentor student-athletes. You will recruit within NCAA rules, plan daily practices, scout opponents, manage travel and equipment budgets, and promote academic and personal growth.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, a hiring range of $52,416 to $61,968 per year, pro rata, through June 30, 2027.

Long and irregular hours, including early morning, nights, and weekends. Long hours in practice that may demand physical exertion and moving around the practice and competition venues. May play squash against student-athletes as a playing partner. Extensive travel for recruiting and competitions.
