Southwest Licking Local School District Watkins Memorial High School in Pataskala, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Coach for Spring Sports. The role involves leading high school teams across multiple spring sports and building a positive, competitive culture for student-athletes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Pupil Activity Permit and relevant coaching credentials, complete CPR/First Aid, concussion and cardiac-arrest trainings, and pass BCI/FBI background checks as required by district policy.

Qualifications

• Head coaching experience at high school level required.
• Strong commitment to student-athlete development and positive team culture.
• Requires Pupil Activity Permit and proper safety certifications.
• Background checks and training in concussion, sudden cardiac arrest, mental health.
