The primary role of this individual is to assist the head coach in establishing and executing a team philosophy centered on growing young women spiritually, intellectually, physically, and professionally. The selected individual will cultivate a culture of discipline, unity, and high achievement while modeling Faulkner's Christian mission. Faulkner University is a NAIA Division I member and is competing in the Southern States Athletic Conference. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.
